Advertising Terms

The service

Maximus Global Freight & Logistics provides an independent seller advertising service for commercial vehicles, plant and machinery. Maximus acts as an advertising platform only: we do not purchase, own, inspect, value or guarantee independently advertised equipment, and we are not a party to any sale between a seller and a buyer.

All equipment advertisements are subject to availability and the applicable seller's terms.

Submitting a listing

To advertise, you create a seller account, declare that you own the equipment or are authorised to sell it, disclose any outstanding finance, and submit accurate specifications and photographs you have the right to use.

Every listing is reviewed by our team before it becomes publicly visible. We may ask for further information, decline a listing, or remove a listing at our discretion — for example if information appears inaccurate, the seller's authority is in doubt, or a report is upheld.

Fees and payment

Your first two approved listings are free for 30 days. Any paid advertising is agreed individually: we issue a written payment request with a unique reference, amount, due date and payment method, and a paid listing goes live only after cleared funds are confirmed by us.

Paid tariffs, when offered, are confirmed in writing before any payment is due. Advertising fees are for the advertising service only and do not guarantee enquiries, offers or a completed sale.

Enquiries and sales

Enquiries from potential buyers are passed to you to handle. Any negotiation, sale, payment, collection or delivery arrangements are between you and the buyer. Maximus does not hold buyer funds and does not process vehicle payments.

Expiry, cancellation and refunds

Listings run for their agreed period and then expire. You can ask us to mark a listing as sold or remove it at any time. If we decline or remove a paid listing before it goes live, any fee paid for that listing is refunded. Refunds for listings removed after publication are considered case by case.
