What we collect

When you contact us or use a form on this site we collect the details you give us: your name, email, WhatsApp number, destination country and port, and the details of the vehicle or service you're asking about. Seller accounts additionally hold business name, contact details and listing information. VINs and registrations you provide are stored confidentially and never displayed publicly.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, source or ship vehicles, operate the marketplace, and keep our records. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or marketing trackers. If we add optional tools (such as live chat) in future, they will only load after you accept them.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal and tax obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@maximus-gfl.com or message us on WhatsApp and we'll action your request.
