How buyers pay us
We accept the payment methods international fleet buyers and parts importers actually use. Every invoice ships from our UK Ltd bank account, in GBP. LC terms can be discussed on request once spec, port and timeline are confirmed.
GBP bank transfer (T/T)
Refundable deposit (typically 20–30%) on order confirmation; balance on Bill of Lading. Invoices are issued from our UK bank account in GBP — never to a personal account, never via crypto wallets.
Letter of Credit (LC)
Accepted via tier-1 banks in Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Pakistan and the UAE. Sight LC or usance LC at 30 / 60 / 90 days — terms discussed on request once the spec is agreed.
Pro-forma invoice for Form M / CBN
We issue a pro-forma invoice in your trading name to open Form M and the FX allocation through your bank, so the official documentary route is followed end-to-end.
Escrow on request
For first-time buyers shipping a complete truck we'll set up a third-party UK escrow on request — funds released against shipping documents. Adds a small escrow fee.
